Yeah, it's a great way to get our veggies. It also freezes beautifully. I keep one-serving size containers of the stuff in the freezer, and when I have an attack and can't get out of bed, hubby can just pop one in the mike for himself. It's great stuff, and goes real well with BEER BREAD!
