Suggestion for appetizer?       07/31/03 10:41 AM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 My husband and I have been invited to a neighbor's house tomorrow night for drinks and appetizers. Yikes, I'm sure this means lots of wine and beer and rich, fattening finger foods. Can you suggest something I could bring that would be IBS safe? In my before IBS days, I would probably have brought some type of appetizer with cheese, mayo, or sour cream or a raw vegetable tray and dip. Now what do I bring?
