Ashley's crunchy shrimp with rice salad

1/4 lawrys garlic and herb seasoning 1 clove garlic 16 jumbo shrimp 1/3 c. italian breadcrumbs 2tbsp soy parm 1/8tsp red pepper
preheat oven to 450, wisk lawrys and garlic, add shrimp, toss and chill 30 minutes. combine bread crumbs, cheese, red pepper. Remove shrimp from sauce letting excess drip off. Dip in crumbs to coat and arrange on baking sheet sprayed on both sides with pam. Bake 8-10mins turning once halfway through.
serve with Rice Salad cook rice and spread in a baking pan to cool. When cool, add one tomato coarsly sliced, 2tbsps pine nuts, 2tbsp basil. In a small bowl whish 1tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2tsp salt, 1/4tsp pepper, pour over ice mixture and toss.
