honey ginger carrots are 1 idea. Also throwing chopped bagged spinach in rice or pasta and stirring. Several vegetables are easy enough to just steam like asparagus, brocoli, cauliflower, bok choy etc but these are gassy ones yet good for you. If you want a change get the frozen vegetables that are mixed with other ones. Especially at first though you should cook any veg really well and mash it with a fork; peas and carrots are best for this but try to expand out for health.
