If you can find it, this is the best marinade I've ever had. I was just lucky enough to notice it at a local Menonite store. It looks like you can buy it online, too! Amalfi Coast It does have HFCS, but it's never bothered me, and other than that it's totally safe. I don't even do what it says there, I just bake chicken breasts for about 25 minutes, then pour that marinade over it and bake it for about another 20-25 minutes, basting it occassionally.
