1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2/3 cup soy/rice milk 6 Tablespoons Better 'n Eggs (recipe calls for two eggs) Veggie Toppings Soy/Rice cheese Pizza sauce
Mix above six ingredients until smooth and spread over greased pizza pan. Top with your choice of veggies (mushrooms, onion, pineapple is my fave combo). Place on bottom rack of 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce and cheeze over the whole pie. Bake for another seven to 12 minutes.
