1 cup barley flour 1 cup sugar 3 TBS. cocoa powder(omit if you can't eat chocolate) 1 tsp. vanilla 5 TBS canola oil 1/2 cup rice flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 TBS vinegar 1 cup cold water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingrdients and blend very well. Put batter into a 9" pan ( square or circle). Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Double the recipe to make two square or circle shapes. Frost with your favorite IBS friendly frosting.
