Banana Butterscotch Souffle?       02/15/05 11:36 AM Edit Reply Quote mcfrazzled Reged: 02/15/05 Posts: 6 Loc: Washington I'm not much of a cook, but I've been wanting to try the banana butterscotch souffle, but I'm not sure about the 2-cup capacity ramekins. When I search online, 6 and 8 oz sizes seem much more common. Would the cooking time change if I use a smaller dish? Can I use round pyrex dishes? Or are straight sides a requirement? Like I said, I'm not much of a cook, but I know that opening and closing the over door constantly is not the way to check that my souffle is fine! Thanks for any advice.
