Here is the real recipe but it is awesome to just steam some carrots and then roll them around with some margarine, honey and minced jarred ginger- easy snack (I am enjoying it right now).
3# baby carrots 2T. margarine 2T. honey 4t. minced ginger pinch of salt
Steam carrots until tender. In a skillet melt butter with honey and ginger. Toss carrots in glaze for 2-3 minutes. Salt if desired. Makes a lot.
