Hi,
here some of my favourite recipes:
Beverages:
strawberry banana smoothie
Appetizers:
Honey glazed snack mix
Breakfasts:
Blueberry pecan french toast (with strawberry's and cashew nuts)
Blueberry brown sugar scottisch oatmeal (with apple, pear or peach)
Breads:
simple sweet cornbread
grandmothers chocolate applesauce cake
sweet cinnamon zucchini bread
Side dishes:
Sweet cardamom and current indian rice
crunchy skillet browned garlic new potatoes
Salades:
Italian tomato bread salad with basil
Soups:
haven't made one yet
Main dishes:
spaghetti with spanish almond romesco sauce (with cashew nuts)
Jamaican chicken with ginger peach chutney
Desserts:
Mandarin chocolate sponge cake with sweet orange icing
I recently found soy cheese, been looking for a long time, but got a tip from a friend and finally found it! I am so glad and I'm eating some every day, delicious! 
I would love to make some of the puddings, they seemed delicious but haven't found all the ingredients yet. The rose or sushi rice for instance, it's named different here so have to go on searching. Can I make it with jasmin rice or does it really have to be rose rice?
