Tofu help, please!       02/08/05 03:24 PM Edit Reply Quote Snow for Sarala Reged: 03/12/03 Posts: 5430 Loc: West Coast, USA Hi! I want to make egg whites with tofu. I bought the soft tofu by Nasoya for dips, dressings, etc. I want to use the tofu with my scrambled eggs as like a sour cream topping type of thing. What is the best way to cook it to get it to that consistency? The leftovers I would like to use as a yogurt substitue...is that possible? If so, how do I do it? Thanks!
