Feta cheese can be made from cows' or other animals' milk; and goats' milk can be made into different kinds of cheese, even things as normal as Cheddar. But the little packages of spreadable, tangy, cream-cheese-style goat cheese are just labeled "goats' milk cheese." So I don't know what else to call it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
