Anti Depressant Brownies - a bit bitter....       02/06/05 07:33 AM Edit Reply Quote nikjones_uk Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 700 Hi - wonder if someone could help, I'm new to all this cooking for myself malarky and have just made some ADBs, they are a great consistency but look a bit dark and taste a wee bit bitter. I did substitute 1/2 of the sugar for more apple sauce, could this be the problem or do you think it was too much cocoa for the mixture? Would love to hear back, as I'm nearly there!!
