Will's Granny Smith Juice       01/30/05 08:35 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois I posted this question on the eating board, but have'nt recieved an answer there, so thought I'd try here. For this juice recipe it says to simply juice 3 or 4 granny smith apples and drink on an empty stomach. For anyone who has taken this for Constipation, do you know if the empty stomach means not to take it after an SFS either? We are usually encouraged to take an SFS before eating, but since this "recipe" says to eat it on an empty stomach, does that mean no SFS beforehand? Or no acacia mixed into it?
