I am posting this Shirl recipe per request from our lovely Kree. Sorry that this is not "exact" measurments but it is NOT hard to follow. My husband and I eat this at least 2-3 nights a week, it is my own creation. Simple and very GOOD, if you love fish then you will want to try this. Tilapia is a nice mild fish. It is important (for the whole taste thing) to serve this on top of a bed of Jasmine rice.
Here goes:

Shirl's Favorite Tilapia

2 Tilapia fillets
***estimates here*** for seasonings seeing as I just "sprinkle"
aprox 1/8 tsp more or less according to your taste of:
salt
pepper
Old Bay seasoning
Cumin
FF Italian Dressing

I usually just cover the bottom of a nonstick fry pan with the dressing, not too much you don't want it "swiming" in dressing. Place the fillets on top of the dressing. Sprinkle all of your seasonings on top of the fillets. Cook on med-low about 4-5 min each side. I only season one side but you can do both. Meanwhile cook some Jasmine rice. 2 1/2 cups water,IBS safe margarine aprox 1 Tbsp, 1 cup Jasmine rice.
Serve on top of rice.
Serves 2

I hope this is easy to follow I just do it out of my head. people started asking me for the recipe and I guess I will have to measure it one day. But I will say anyone who I have served this too LOVES it. Let me all know what you think.
