It tastes a little like Will's rice pudding in Heather's book, but has an added zing of mango and peaches. Here are the changes I did: - I discovered I only had regular soy milk so I used that and added 3 caps full of vanilla extract - Used 1/2 bag of frozen mangos instead of fresh - Used 2 bananas instead of one becuase I was too lazy and just ripped off big chunks instead of cutting it so I wanted more bananas Even Mike liked it - which was surprising since the main ingredient was soy milk!
