I had found several that were fat free but all called for lots of dairy like buttermilk. I appreciate the info that I can substitute rice or soy milk for the dairy. I'll assume that I can use the same amount of rice/soy milk as the recipe calls for regular milk. Hope this will work. Looking forward to trying these! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
