Re: Vanilla Extract       07/09/03 03:09 PM Edit Reply Quote mmacrobbie Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 62 i found this recipe i believe in health magazine, and my beans have been going since christmas. you just put vodka in a jar with the bean, after slicing down the middle. you should be able to get about 6 months out of the bean, but make sure it stays covered with the vodka (i bought a nip of vodka and dropped the sliced bean in and just keep adding more when the bean is no longer covered) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
