1 lb. Ground Turkey or Turkey Breast ¼ cup Eggbeaters (2 egg whites) ¼ cup applesauce ½ cup crushed corn flakes ½ cup chopped onion ¾ tsp salt 1/8 tsp white or black pepper 1/8 tsp garlic salt 8 oz can tomato sauce
Combine all ingredients except the tomato sauce. Form into small balls and place in open roasting pan. Top with 8-oz can tomato sauce and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir frequently. Serves 4.

Shell’s serving ideas: with pasta & grated soy cheese, rice, potatoes, cuscus, or even spoon into a nice sandwich roll, you could even add a slice of soy, rice or almond cheese and melt under the broiler…YUM!! These would even make great appetizers with some toothpicks.
