I do:

- seedless jam
- baby food
- light non-dairy margarine + cinnamon-sugar
- honey

One day when I was out of jam and babyfood AND margarine (not a good day! LOL), I was desperate for something to put on my bagel, so I cooked a chopped banana in the microwave with a little brown sugar and nutmeg, and topped it with that. It was actually pretty good... I don't like bananas, so I haven't repeated the experiment, but someone who likes bananas would like that.
