Oh I'm so glad that info helped you. Do you have Heather's books? This website is very helpful but the books really lay out all the facts and information. I notice that Heather has grouped some of the items into discount bundles, so you might want to take a look at that.
The CDs are pricey, I guess, but not compared to the tons of medications they have replaced for me, and not compared to a real live hypnotherapist. I have not tried yoga (well, a little bit in high school, 7 years ago ...), but click over to that message board and I'm sure you'll learn a lot.
I can't even put into words how much the combination of properly following the diet and using the hypno CD's has helped me. It's a lot to learn at first but what's more important than your health?
