Ah-ha! Boy, do I feel dumb. I wasn't even thinking about the difference between whole wheat and wheat...which explains why I can eat "white" breads but not whole wheat breads. I think I may have a lot to learn about food. THAT alone may explain why my celiac test came back negative...I may only be having trouble with the whole wheat. That is a serious relief. But, of course, I will talk to my doctor.
I will consider the hypno tapes, but they are very pricey for me...I have a very little budget right now, and with Xmas and a kid, well...you understand. Have you by any chance tried yoga or meditation, though? I keep starting, but then stopping, so I'm not sure if this really helps any. But if anyone out there can say it does, I will stick to it! Thanks for all your help!
