You might be having trouble with whole wheat, which still has the hull intact and so can be irritating. Try just cuttiong out whole wheat and sticking to regular wheat. Also, I don't know a lot about testing for celiac, but I seem to remember that the test might show a false negative if you've been avoiding wheat. Talk to your doctor before you get retested and see if you are supposed to incorporate wheat into your diet before the test. Also do a search on all boards here, as there has been a lot of information about this. Hope you start feeling better soon, Amanda PS -- in response to your first post in this thread about general suggestions, I highly recommend the hypno cd's in addition to the diet, as they have helped me and others greatly.
