Low-fat pie crust (roll-out kind)

A while back, someone posted a recipe for a low-fat pie crust. I wrote down the recipe & tried it on one of my pies at Thanksgiving. (I searched for it on this recipe exchange but couldn't find it today.) It really wasn't very good. It was tough to eat. It was VERY hard to roll it out, too. I had to add lots of water. Needless to say, I won't try that again.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on it. I think I might just stick to graham cracker crusts or higher fat roll-out crusts.
