Hi everyone - here's a seasoning mix that's great on any kind of fish, fowl, meat.

In a pint jar, mix the following:

3 tbsp salt
3 tbsp coarse black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp hickory smoked salt (if you can find it)
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp celery salt or celery seed ground
1 tbsp parsley flakes
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp tarragon
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp sage
2 tsp ground savory
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground cardamom

Make sure the lid is a tight fit and it'll last for months. I used to use it on tri-tip roasts, but now I use it on chicken.

The recipe doubles easily but change the size of the jar to qt.
