I used the Walmart brand unsweetened applesauce. It pours from the jar, but maybe it's not as good as the Musslin's. I will also say that I used the almond extract instead of the peppermint, & the almond flavor is really too strong, too. I'll remember to cut down on the flavoring next time & too add more moisture. It's possible that I overcooked it a little bit. I have a new oven that I'm still getting used to. But usually baked goods turn out lovely. Thanks for all the replies!!
