?? I have made Heathers Portobello Mushroom and Sundried Tomato Bruschetta...

I am going to a party an hour. I have made the Bruschetta it's great!
My question is how should I serve at a party? (we are bringing)

in her directions it says:

to serve with two 12 inch sourdough bread bagettes, halved horizontally, toasted

Do I place the Bruschetta on top of the bread? Should I cut the bread into discs and put it on top for people?

Should I leave the Bruschetta in the serving bowl toast the bread here and pre-slice??

You can tell I have no idea - any suggestions on this most busy evening for all of you is most appreciated.
