frying tofu       06/25/03 08:31 AM Edit Reply Quote queenie Reged: 04/04/03 Posts: 88 Loc: Texas, USA hello, i was wondering how does one pan fry tofu? i'm use to the tofu at most chinese places that looks deep fried, so i need to learn how to pan it. do i use pam, a little bit of canola, or ??????? i want it to remain firm and not fall into a million pieces. thanks amy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
