Saucy Chicken       11/21/04 08:47 AM Edit Reply Quote steather Reged: 01/29/03 Posts: 345 Loc: Phoenix, AZ Here is another quick, easy, and surprisingly tasty chicken dish that I got out of a cookbook featuring 4 ingredient recipes. Saucy Chicken 5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cups thick and chunky salsa 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1 ½ Tbs Dijon-style mustard Place chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine salsa, sugar, and mustard and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
