First of all I remember these being spicy but they were not. The roasted poblanos just aren't spicy. So if you were afraid don't be. Second I roast them right on the gas flame with a grill fork stuck in one end and turn the pepper as the skin blackens- just like a marshmallow. It only takes a few minutes. Then put them into a plastic bag and then wipe off skin with a paper towel when cool.
Another thing,I wasn't able to strain the sauce this time. I just processed it really well. I think I used more spinach than last time. And lastly make sure to add lots of salt and seasonings because the soy cream cheese seems to wick away any flavor (as usual) from the meal. But they were good anyway! and I would say add cheese to the rest of the family's portion- pepper jack would be good- then they can have it a little yummier. Nevertheless these are pretty darn good.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
