I have just finished my first few weeks with my fuzzy logic rice cooker. I will never, never, never eat instant rice again. (It was the only kind of plain white rice I made) I cannot describe how good it tastes it's fantastic.
I have learned so much about the different types of rice and they do taste wonderfully different from each other. Since we have to eat rice for my husbands IBS it is SO NICE to have it taste great too.
What I mean is that we (as you all know too well) have cut out a lot of food that we love. At the same time we are learning to really enjoy what he CAN eat. It's a good place to be! Heather's right again.
