In a shallow bowl or pan, combine all ingredients, except tofu. Mix weel Add tofu, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 4-5 hrs. Turn tofu slices several times while marinating. Preheat broiler: lightly oil a pan or spray with vegetable spray. Remove tofu slices from marinade and place on prepared pan in single layer. Broil, turn several times, till desired crispness is reached. While tofu is cooking, heat the marinade in small pan and serve with tofu.
