My old reliable salmon patties

I haven't made these since starting the diet but they should be okay. Like all my recipes it is really loose.
1 can salmon, drained (hub likes the little round bones removed)
3 egg whites
some saltine cracker crumbs
lemon juice
1T. low fat mayo should be good
dill weed (dried is fine)
old bay seasoning (season well)

Shape into four patties and saute until warm and golden brown but do not overcook. I hope I am not forgetting anything. They are more moist with more mayo of course but...

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
