I made this chicken tonight. The recipe called for 3 chopped onions, but I only used one. (and I used 4 chicken breasts) The flavor was good, but there really wasn't any "juice" to baste the chicken with. So I think the bulk of the flavors didn't get into the chicken.
Anyone else try this & have any suggestions? Maybe it's important to use all that onion?
p.s. So far, all the recipes I've tried from Heather's book have been quite good.
