I posted some that heat up well - Pancit Bijon (don't be scared - it's just rice noodles with chicken and veggies), microwave onion rice (you can always add some chicken or seafood), ... I'll think more on this.
I also got into buying Michelina's frozen entrees. Check the low fat options and read the labels carefully. I found most of these with a rice or pasta base to be quite safe - especially the stir frys and thai options. Be very careful with them to make sure there's no dairy.
