Cos some SFS tablets have sorbitol in them (a trigger) and most only have a small amount of fibre, so you have to eat LOADS to get a reasonable amount. Try something like Citrucel or Acacia instead. Have you read the info on the website? And how IBS-Cers must keep more insolubles in their diet? Post on the "Eating..." board and you'll get a lot more responses!
