Re: Cornbread recipe- is it safe?       10/22/04 07:22 PM Edit Reply Quote Andrew L Reged: 10/16/04 Posts: 45 Dear Sheri; I would definitely think that recipe would give most of us a VERY bad night,having not only one cup of whole wheat flour,but even worse,a cup of oil.But I am a HUGE cornbread person so I'd love to fool with a cornbread recipe until I get it IBS safe and it shouldn't be TOO hard to do.For example,in this recipe,just replace the oil with pureed blueberries(blueberries go GREAT with cornbread)and substitute a good refined white flour and you should have a great bread recipe.In fact,I may try that one,what's the rest of the board think?
