1 large size (14x20) oven bag (I used Reynolds) 2 Tbsp flour 1 envelope onion soup mix (I used Lipton) 1 cup water 3 medium carrots, cut into chunks 2or3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into chunks 4 chicken breasts Seasoned salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Add onion soup mix and water to oven bag. Toss to blend in flour. Add carrots, potatoes and green pepper. Toss to coat veggies with sauce. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings; add to oven bag. Arrange chicken and veggies in an even layer in oven bag. Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Bake 55-60 minutes or until chicken is tender. Yield: 4 servings
