I think I posted my black bean soup recipe, if not I will.. and I know that is safe with the mods I use in it.. if you can have well cooked veggies.... Another option... chickpeas are great in hummus and most pita is safe.. so thats a nice option.. I don't have a problem with beans- so beans/chicken in non fried shell mexican dishes (burritos, enchiladas are both non fried flour tortillas.. and they could leave yours out of the sauce or just add the sauce as they serve to peoples taste... lots of fish options would work... umm..
