Hello Sona,
I'm not sure myself how to explain what dark corn syrup is, however, I used to live in the U.S. and dark corn syrup was usually right beside the light stuff. Karo makes it, that's the one brand I'm familiar with. It should say on the bottles Karo light corn syrup and Karo dark corn syrup. It's frustrating when ingredients are called by other names, but as far as I know dark corn syrup is just dark corn syrup, nothing tricky. It should be at your regular grocery store in the baking section I bet, depends on how your grocery store is set up. I guess just ask the staff there which aisle.
