Actually, I was making the pudding for my husband, but I don't keep regular milk in the house anymore, so I used my soy milk! 
But, looking at the box, I don't see any milk ingredients. Here you go: Jell-O Brand Instant Banana Cream Pudding mix:
sugar, dextrose (from corn) modified food starch, contains less than 2% of natural and artificial flavor, salt, disodium phosphate and tetrasodium phosphate (for thickening), mono- and diglycerides (prevent foaming), yellow 5, yellow 6, artificial color, bha (preservative).
Myself, I prefer Will's Dreamy Lemon Rice Pudding, but the benefit of the Jell-O brand is that it is so fast to make!
