my family with celiacs loves merengue kisses (we make them with all kinds of things stirred in- posted here before... ) and my flourless chocolate cake, but its made with semi sweet chocolate chips, so not IBS safe, haven't tried to modify it yet- probably will eventually since I will need treats for during passover... I figure I'll be increasing my fiber supplement during that time or eating a ton of potatoes since I won't be using bread other then matza and too much of that gives me constipation...
