Gluten Free Gluten Substitute       09/15/04 05:24 PM Edit Reply Quote bevp Reged: 04/01/03 Posts: 135 Loc: Brisbane Australia Hi Everyone, Got a flyer in my Australian Coeliac magazine yesterday, advertising Gluten Free Gluten Substitute. The blurb says "revolutionary new development set to change the lives of coeliacs around the world". I haven't seen it yet in our local shops, but one of my friends actually did the initial development of it (our computer man, Frank Uhlik!) and I know it works. (I've eaten the products. If its the same as he made it, it'll be great.) The manufacturer is an Australian company. Their website is www.orgran.com and email is info@orgran.com. I can't wait to try it. I'm registering for a g/f cooking class, a one day affair, so I may actually be able to bake at the end of it. My previous efforts have been deplorable! Bev Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
