Any creative "sticky" (sweet) rice cooks out there?       09/12/04 11:49 PM Edit Reply Quote Kandee Reged: 05/22/03 Posts: 3206 Loc: USA, Southern California I love sticky rice and it seems, to make it right, you steam it instead of boil it. Other than sushi (and a veggie fried rice) I've only found this Thai dessert web page that sounds wonderful but calls for coconut milk. I suppose you could sub with rice or oat or almond milk with some coconut extract added, to replace the coconut milk, but what ELSE can you do with sticky (sweet) rice? -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
