I want fluffy pancakes!!!!!!       08/31/04 02:25 PM Edit Reply Quote feelingood Reged: 08/08/04 Posts: 38 I hope someone can help me. I made Heather's banana-ornmeal pancakes and did not like tham--they turned out flat and almost seemed uncooked on the inside. Anway I decided to re-do my favorite recipe for pancakes--the only thing I had to change was egg whites instead of whole eggs and soy milk for the regular milk. They came out flat and uncooked in the middle (not really uncooked but sort of mushy instead of fluffy). What is wrong????? Im very disappointed. Here's the recipe I used. 4 egg whites 2 1/2 c soy milk 1 t baking powder 2 1/2 c flour 2 T sugar 1 T oil 1 T baking powder 1t salt 1/2 t vanilla Missy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
