What did I do to my Banana Bread ?       08/26/04 07:17 AM Edit Reply Quote gigi Reged: 03/21/04 Posts: 1442 Loc: South Texas I have baked Heathers Banana Bread recipe many times. I waited until 9pm last night to make it because it is just too hot here to turn on the oven during the day. I may have been tired when I mixed it up, it had an after taste to it. I baked it in disposable aluminum pans, why I don't know, I have regular bread pans. The after taste was exactly like the one I get when I make zucchini bread. I may have used the same pans when I baked it. I hate to throw it out, but it just does not taste as good as it usually does. There is probably no need to even answer this, it is probably those darned pans. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
