Reged: 04/26/04 Posts: 1490 Loc: New York, New York Hi I really want to make the Better than Cheesecake recipe from the book for a family get-together tomorrow, but I don't have a springform pan. (Can you believe Macy's was all out?) My sister-in-law has a pan and is going to bring it to the party, but I just noticed how long the cake needs to sit (several hours - overnight). Is there any way to make this recipe faster? Any help would be great. Thanks!
