Thanks Gals.
The Farm is beginning to feel more and more like my home in California. I've missed it.
Every box I open, I say to myself, "Self, I forgot I had this!" Stuff I haven't seen in over 3 years. It's like I've returned home. Even the smell brings me back home. Isn't that odd?
I'm really enjoying putting my new home in order. It's a lot of fun. It feels SOOOOOOO good being home again.
Hubby is bugging me to disconnect the computer, but I'm so damn intimidated by it. I bought paint pens to mark the cables, and the Cable Guy would have helped me had I brought the computer down to The Farm where he was connecting the new cable, but now it's too late.
Movers come on Monday, so I have to have it done by then. The condo is looking pretty bare and feeling less like "home" every day. This is one LONGGGGG move! Oy.
Hubby has to work today, so I'll be home alone, to pack up the computer or face his rath tonight. "His rath." Ha! Do I look worried?
We have SOOOO much stuff! No room, no room! Hubby insisted on tossing some of it. And what choice do we have anyway? NO ROOM! Anyone need an old microwave? Push-type lawn mower? How about a beat-up old steamer trunk? Old fireplace mantle and surround? Even Salvation Army wouldn't take any of it! I'm such a pack rat.
Okay, gotta get started havin' more fun. Later Guys....
Bevvy
P.S.: Pix to come once I open all the boxes and hang the new curtains.
