Would it be 100% natural lavender essential oil? Is that what I would ask for? I have always wanted to try it for relaxation but was afraid. I have such a sensitive nose that so many smells bother me. When I smell the lavender scented stuff at Target I get a headache. How else can you use it besides spraying on pillow, etc.?
