I have restless leg and arm syndrome my legs/arms can ache during the day and night. Restless Legs tend to make you kick and flail about in bed. I would try walking around a bit to see if that helps. It is very annoying at best. My old Dr. gave me Klonapin for it but I refuse to take it because it's a narcotic. I tend to just suck it up and go with it but I certainly don't recommend that to anyone it's just what I do.. I would ask your Dr. to be sure Hope your legs feel better...
